Jody Warner's Drunken Uber Non-Ride

Pretty blonde professional women are funny. Jody Warner is the assistant district attorney in Texas who was picked up by an Uber driver outside a bar:

Warner: "I want to go home so badly, but you're so stupid I want the cops to come so that they can fuck you up."
Platt: "Ma'am, please."
Warner: "No. 'No, ma'am, please.' Dude, you're all- everything's being recorded. I'm an assistant district attorney, so shut the fuck up."

Platt said Warner tried to use her job as a means to intimidate him.

Platt: "I'm asking you politely to please step out of my vehicle."
Warner: "No. Because now I'm pissed the fuck off. Either drop me off at my house or we'll wait for the cops because I'm not wrong."
Platt: "I am waiting for the cops."
Warner: "Then we'll wait for the cops."

District Attorney Faith Johnson contacted Platt and apologized to him for Warner's actions.
Johnson later said, after reviewing and investigating, Warner's conduct was counter to the department's core principle of integrity, and it won't be tolerated.

Honestly if I were the driver, I'd start masturbating to her filthy mouth. But this dude was SUPER classy. He was incredibly and inexplicably polite. But just simply refused to drive her to home. So they waited. And then they waited for the cops. And when they showed up, they just drove her home. Then she got fired.
Look, I've been in this situation where I was a completely shitty drunk to the taxi driver. He was so pissed he actually drove me BACK to the bar and dumped me there. Where I got into major trouble. This is no excuse. I'm not what else Platt could've said to squash a drunken entitled cunt, but probably nothing. She even made fun of his stupid hat, apparently.
He is smart to do what he did and to smear her career. But let's be honest, she got her job because she was a woman. As did the district attorney. They're great at their job, I'm sure, but also...this puts a spotlight on true equality and why women should never wield ultimate power. Because in a situation like this, the more even-keeled male driver was able to 1) not get accused of assault 2) not accused of rape.
Warner set her cause back.
