Yes, the lawyers concocted this nonsense. Probably because the defense won't be able to get dirt on a 4 year old girl. But the mother's history...woo-heeeee..that would be insane. This on the news that Aaron Hernandez suffered from CTE. Which in laymen's term (and because I don't want to type it out) is degenerative brain trauma due to excessive trauma (man, I should've typed it out).
The NFL, as violent as it is, causes brain trauma. Equivalent to mind-numbery dumbness that apparently makes you murder people. I would think O.J. Simpson's people should've tried this tactic. But...maybe next time. As Simpson is about to be released, and he'll most likely do something really dumb again...blame it on CTE now, boss.
I'm not sure what these assholes are asking for. But it would set a terrible precedent to blame something common sense would tell you can harm you. Accountability folks, if it doesn't start here...
