A Gift For Actors

A young man and woman recently moved out of the apartment complex I live in. Somehow you can tell the people who work in entertainment field. He must've been an actor. This is what I found in the recycling:
Curious, I read a bit of it. It is a very straight forward guide that actors working in film should listen to. And...here's the gift to asshole shitheads who feel they need to direct actors:
Yep...actors need to come prepared. The idea of that pretentious scarf wearing dummy who needs to discuss motivation and manipulating actors to do what you want doesn't exist. In fact, I consider insulting to your talent whom you hire as a professional. In other words, you've got zero faith in the actors you casted, if you intend on "working with them." Any trained film actor knows what all the professionals say..."know your lines and find your light." Film school fucks...stop "directing" your actors. Let them find it and adjust.
