Dabo Swinney Clemson Coach on Race

When asked about Colin Kaepernick's protest against the national anthem...coach Swinney went into a diatribe about how far we've come since Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Essentially telling America we're not so bad. And we're not. He's right. But he shouldn't have chimed in on this popular kids bullshit. That's how gangster rap took off. If u didn't understand it...you weren't one of the cool kids.
Blacks are exclusionary to Whites when it came to stuff like this. Trends, these days, are set by Blacks. Clothes, music and accessoriea you will not outdo the Black culture.

So....another hip new thing where shitheads on ESPN radio want to lash out on Swinney for answering the question directly. First off...a lot of us are sick of the politically correct answer. In 1990 when crack went nuts in the inner city, no one staged a protest of the American flag. Because they took ownership of the addiction. It wasn't until some shithead piped up and blame our government for introducing it into the inner city that they started latching on to victimhood. No you dumb crack head...you put the glass dick in your mouth. So the "oppressed" remained blaming everyone...but themselves. Swinney was simply saying...we all need to calm the fuck down. Colin was abandoned by his Arab/Black family and adopted by a Caucasian one. Instead if being a decent QB...he took the Kardashian fame route. Better to be a trend than to have talent. Which is why the outrage on Swinney perplexes me. He's saying the opportunities are available, if not now slanted towards minorities excelling. I have no excuse. You have no excuse. People double down when you back them in a corner.
People will hear what they want to hear. My impression of the press conference was that America didn't do this to anyone. You forced people to take stock i what is available to you and then turned it into them being racist. Well played...I guess.
