Well, chalk one up for the new world. The athlete formally known as Bruce Jenner won't be charged by our wonderful city of Los Angeles for any crime when he/she rear ended (stop laughing) a car onto oncoming traffic. The state says "reasonable effort" and so forth. In fact, they claim that the speed was lower and within the speed limit. Yeah, but what's the deal with rear ending someone into oncoming traffic? I would say that's pretty negligent. Well, that's for a civil case to decide. In other words, the city of L.A. don't want to deal with which prison to put this transgender in. I don't blame them. Thrown in dude prison, he'd most likely be jerky by morning. Women's prison, he'd be in hog heaven.
I think they should have a transgender prisons. The bathrooms could be unisex. Gourmet meals, I'd think. Though, most trannies aren't aggressive enough to land in jail, so the population may not warrant this. But this shit is getting nuts. I mean, sure she's gonna empty her purse in the civil trial, but it's really aggravating when L.A. does shit like this. They constantly prove that we're open to uncivil behavior, which attracts total weirdos.
