The Nerdist founder and talk show host is being wiped from nerd history. This after being vaguely accused of sexual and emotional abuse from ex-girlfriend Chloe Dykstra.
I've listened to the Nerdist podcast many times. He gets some great guest, though he's very annoying. He acts more like a geek than nerd. His guests are fun to listen to. He reserves a ton of credit to his other crew, which are exceptionally annoying. Too smug and smart.
He spoke of her a few times. Mostly because her dad is special effects whiz John Dykstra.\
I don't doubt not but a few months back as the woman's movement was going full blast, this putz most likely got on the bandwagon. Guess what, he got swept into it.
Here's the thing with nerds. We got into entertainment to get hot chicks. Hardwick was the co-host of "Singled Out" a show that seemed he was jock'd out with Jenny Big Chest Guns McCarthy. Turns out (as he whined repeatedly on his show) she bullied him. She seemed like that type anyway. Hot blonde from Chicago who thought she was a comedian. The beginning of the end of VH-1.
Watch out fellas. We all have skeletons that doing anything in life someone will dig up, eventually. Be honest if you can. It's not pretty for us guys out there. I don't think Hardwick did anything any other guy who got into a bad relationship didn't do. It's just now, they're listening to the women more now. So sad when this happens, they attempt to eradicate you from history. Just from an accusation. Here's to him fighting back.
