Anthony Tremayne Stokes was 17 when he died in a car crash evading police. He just got a heart transplant which extended his life. I have to mention he is Black because, it's in the news that the parents forced him onto a transplant list, even though medical personnel knew he was at risk due to A) his past sketchy background B) would not take medication to support his ailment. But due to media, pressure, possibly government intervention, he got his heart.
I have no idea to spin this other than to say that if you are a parent, I'm sure you would've taxed every and all options to save your child. Unfortunately, we're not talking about a child with any potential. Yes, cold of me to say, but this was a problem kid to begin with. What if I were to tell you, this led to two other people being bumped off the list and died? What are the chances these other two potential heart candidates would've led the police on a car chase? It is sad to say, we live in a society where the most outraged gets the grease. And it's usually people who've done nothing for the community. In fact, seems to want to not abide by a set standard the rest of us agreed upon. But let's not judge.
I'm sure there's more details left out, but if this was just the outline of what occurred, I'm truly depressed about the people who didn't have a chance because it was some public relations pressure. Or worst, that officials had overstepped their duties because of the new political correct divide.
