Cher is 71 years old at the Billboard music award looking like 1970's Cher...sort of.
She has massive balls for doing this, there is no doubt. But Jesus and Mary Chain, that is frightening. Much like Madonna holding on to youth like this is...well, women most likely will call it liberating. I'd actually prefer sitting in an old person's home watching old flicks of myself.
She is definitely the Khardashian of her time.
