Yes, folks, Good ol' Meyer is on the hot seat for hiding or not fully disclosing the fact that his wide receiver coach Zach Smith beat his then wife. A few other details coming out, such as this happened in 2015 and that Smith is Earle Bruce's grandson. Bruce was a Buckeye head coach between 1979 and 1987. So, there's that connection.
Here's the thing...wife beating? Ladies...seriously, are we talking about "equality." Learn to fight. Now before everyone shits on me...the present course is for society to say women and can anything men can and better. Yep...this would include fighting back. Ladies, get training into self-defense. For one, keeps you in shape, secondly NEVER EVER EVER EVER be at the mercy of a man. THIS is true independence. You don't rely on men to defend you against the world. Or do you?
This would be to admit you aren't equal. Then the house falls on a weak foundation that marches for women's equality support. We're all too fearful to state this obvious thing...we aren't equal. Women are more so will not admit we aren't equal and that you do need us. Apparently in this case, Smith's wife need Urban Meyer to fire him so that he had more time to be at home to beat her more?
Sure, take a way a man's livelihood, hard to say what he's capable of.
As for Meyer, the guy has trouble around him. Aaron Hernandez was his boy in Florida. Guy seems to turn a blind eye when it comes to winning. And after the Jim Tressel issue, this is not good for Ohio State athletics. Regardless of right or wrong in terms of domestic abuse.
Incidentally, report all domestic abuse, women aren't our equals physically.
