Here's a synopsis of a project I was asked to be involved in, to which I declined. It wasn't the synopsis as much as the...idea. It's dumb. And everyone involved should've known how dumb this really was. Because the reality of inner pain is that no one cares unless it's wrapped in anything interesting. In this case, it was the crux of the story and will die painfully on the vine (I changed the name to protect the retarded):
(enter woman's name here) survives her second suicide attempt within a week, and is
sent from the ER to a psychiatric facility for three days of observation
and analysis. Quickly realizing she has no intention of taking her life
in the future, (Woman) alienates herself from the patients and staff,
biding her time until she can be released. When circumstances force her
to remain locked up all weekend, a compassionate (Woman) makes an effort
to help her fellow patients with their issues, unaware she still
neglects her own. By the time she is released on Monday, (Woman) has yet
to feel better about her life, but there is hope that one day, she
might

"After trying to kill herself over something (most likely stupid). An overreacting idiot bitches and whines about life until she finds people crazier than her to attempt to help. Realizing they're massively fucked up, she doesn't feel so bad about herself. Or does she?"
