Oh Portland, Oregon... everyone wants to be weird and cool. Here's a hint, if you're all weird and cool, NO ONE is weird and cool.

So this chick "protester" or exhibitionist went spread legged in front of Federal police to...um..protest against Federal troops being sent in to get Portland to stop the uprising of weird and cool people. What a statement. She got whatever attention she sought. However sad it may look.
Look, these grand gestures are supremely hollow when the Feds didn't take the flat side of a baton to your cunt. Because, frankly, THAT is equality. And men get that shit...all...the...time. And people laugh. Imagine it for a second. One of these federal agents moseys up to her, she looks up, gives her best Portland smug "artist" look, and John Q. swings the baton straight to her crotch. A dull thud (except, I suspect this one isn't shaved) She doubles over and in our minds we think "man, should've worn a cup." Hilarity.

I keep telling people, for true equality, everyone should be hit in the crotch with same amount of frequency. At the very least, shoot a right tit with a rubber bullet. This broad, and her name isn't even printed...is a crazy person. And guess who celebrates crazy people? CNN or any other Lefty media. Why? They need a purpose. Or they hate Trump. They were quick to give her an inspiring nickname. many, in fact. Comparing her to Joan of Arc. Good, burn her at the stake. Get the real comparison. To me, she's just a speed bump in getting peace and quiet. People are really this bored.

Covid Diet

If you ever went to college, you've heard for the Freshman 15. Means you gain that much weight when you are not monitored by your parents. Due to partying and eating crap and sitting all day long. And also because college cafeteria food is (or was, in my era) all about salt and fat and whatever is delicious and a lot of it. My university had a buffet. Yeah. BIG TROUBLE.

Okay, many of you are stuck inside, or with no place to go, so you sit around and eat crap all day.
Yeah, me too.
It's been said by many people before, but the easiest way to combat poor diet is to have healthy snacks at hand. I have a bag of carrots, which seems to satiate the crushing hunger. Though, be sure to regulate and check if it does squash your hunger to have it spring back 1000 fold. That's one of the biggest things I have to be on alert for. Because, at work, it's fries burger and some chicken tenders. Strangely enough I get really disciplined when I'm not at home. I think because the options are there.

Also, break you habit. For instance, there are plenty of fast food restaurants on the way to work. I choose to go a different route to avoid most of them. And eat my carrot sticks. I know, not fun. But my family has a history of high cholesterol and that means heart disease. So must be careful. Again, regulate to keep yourself satiated (I'm saying this to myself).

I also recently got a really nice protein shake shaker. The health store I get my vitamins from give it away for free. It's great because it has a filter on top. This is when I blend kale and apples and they turn to liquid. So the filter catches it. My protein shake is now...whey protein, creatine, zinc, siberian ginseng, and whatever vegetables I have on hand. It's surprisingly delicious. Especially with the kale.

Deep fried foods get me all the fucking time. I love fried chicken. Chicken wings...fries and so forth. Though the repercussions of eating it rear its head around the afternoon and it's ruthless. I mean, queasy and tired. I need to clean that up.
Also I need to walk or run more.
I've never been that focused on cardio, but I think the older I get the less weight training appeals to me. The thing about weight and how it holds on you isn't through your own eyes, it's through people you haven't seen in a while. The checkout lady at my grocery store mentioned I looked slimmer. Yeah, she's probably being nice, but there are other things to say. To me, this is the step in the right direction. Though, we shouldn't all have to be regulated by someone we see every few months, there is something to be said to reconnect with someone you haven't seen in a while and them telling you if your diet works or not. Typically a drastic change will trigger this response. Either way, drop the Covid weight, because according to the guy with the stethoscope, it is what the virus attaches itself to. Your fat.
Get off energy drinks too. I sometimes get bamboozled by things like Monster energy that has the vitamins listed around the lip of the drink. I think that it's healthy. It most definitely isn't if it's buried in sugar. Regardless of the label, it's processed sugar. And carbonated to make you think something else. A co-worker of mine died in his early 60's because all he would drink are Monster energy drinks (cases of it were found when he passed away) and also eating microwave pizza. He was a kid to the end. Anyway, drink half a can if you must. Otherwise, stay clear. Find energy elsewhere.

Get out into the sun and soak in some vitamin D. Seriously, it does wonders (though it also feels like shit when you have to come back inside). Enjoy the quiet and freedom while you can. And stay off social media. I suspect much of our new obesity will come from stress and anger.

Today at work, a Black tranny was posted up outside our office. Our security guard went out to get him to move. Instead, a ruckus ensued and police were called. A Black teen was out filming the entire incident and talking shit to our security guard. Calling him a "wetback." Yes, folks Black people can be bigoted. I suspect the little shit was doing so because he was also filming the incident to put online somewhere so he can start another riot.

Here's where your movement is about to cross over to real incidences...when the police arrived, they "arrested" our security guard. Want to guess why?

So this fucking tranny and the little Black piece of shit doesn't get his thugs and burn down Hollywood.

Regardless of the video being recorded of him yelling slurs at our guard, these fucking animals KNOW that this shit-ass Democrat run city will side with them. Because they hold the police hostage. Because ANY incident can be seen as "police brutality."

On top of that, I have friends who post about how Blacks are oppressed and so forth. From the comforts of their suburban homes. Or anywhere that is NOWHERE close to being around the Black community. THIS is the bigger problem. When my White/Asian/Other friends announce that they support BLM makes my stomach turn.
Because law abiding citizens are being harassed and these fucking apes know the police do nothing.

Our security guard came back when the tranny and the Black teen left. This is where we're at.
There is no more law. And guess what...there will be a time when it goes too far. And nice people won't be polite anymore. And the hammer will come down and eradicate the tiny population that think instigating these things won't come with consequences.
I think back when the weirdos of Hollywood would hide in the shadows and enjoy their degenerate lifestyle in peace. When the gloves come off, we'll see who is left standing.
The civilized community doesn't function well when the leaders don't enforce law. They have no clue that they aren't going to be immune to the mob. Regardless of which side.

I think about this every once in a while.
In 1998, I was close to graduating college. And I made a short film

Official I would say, that link above was my first film I fully put together script and storyboarded and planned. It's rough, but I just remember being so nervous nothing would come out. For the most part, there wasn't anyone that could tell me how these things worked. In Northern Ohio, there was no one who worked in movies. Nor was there internet at the time. I'm very jealous of the kids today. They have so many resources. Shame they waste it on throwaway videos.

Any way, there was a steep learning curve. And I lost a bit of gas once I went to graduate school. In the back of my mind, I was still hesitant to "waste film." I think this discipline MUST be learned. But we're visual storytellers. And not to be totally pretentious, but learning to tell a story through visual mediums will be a lifetime lesson. I STILL don't have all the answers. I do understand the technical side a lot more and therefore go in with much more confidence.

I value these moments immeasurably because it reminds me to be kind to new filmmakers who want to shoot on film. It is a scary endeavor when you have a crew of people who spend their efforts in making your vision come to life. Perhaps that's why I cherish making movies on film so much. The value is that we cannot get those moments back. Because it has already ran through the camera and light has struck the little crystals to form an image I will see later. It's archival and cannot be lost easily. I think we tend not to see things as dents we put into life. Or for others.
As I get older, there are more moments behind than in front. And if the lasting legacy I have for anyone, it's to be that person that is remembered for making their filmmaking experience much easier than my own.

I marvel at the fact at how far I've come from those days. Not as an ego trip, but that I really respect all the teachers and lessons from mistakes I can take away. I feel that these are what makes the images I take so precious to me.

As we live in a bitterly cynical world, I hope that others know their lives are about craft. Every step of the way. There are no rules to what we do. And the more into the "studios" work we do, the more we should try to remind ourselves the importance of each individual art.

Nick Cannon Should Not Be Cancelled

Yes, let's look to Nick Cannon for political discourse.
That is sarcasm, by the way.

Well, Nick and wide receiver DeSean Jackson had some pretty tough words when it came to the Jewish people and White skinned folks.
Essentially saying that the Black folk are the chosen ones and not the Jews and also that the pigment of your skin is what makes you a "savage." In Nick's terms, the less pigment you have, the more feral you are.
While true, if a White person had said this, he'd be strung up from the highest bell tower we can find. But it's Black Nick Cannon, who is probably mentally ill. But gets a platform because...he's a celebrity. Whatever the case...
...he should not be cancelled. Simply because America is about free speech. And he is perfectly fine to be saying these things. And there are PROBABLY less people who believe him than say...the same people who believe there's a comet in a few years that will wipe out civilization.
Do Black people believe him? Nah. I doubt they even care, because...honestly....we got so many more things we have to deal with than this. And we're all in the same boat. Pay our taxes, our rent/mortgage and food for our family. That's it. The rest of society seems to think we're about charging each other with anger. The point is, most EVERY American could care less. The ones doing the rioting/looting or protesting are such a tiny group that it's embarrassing that there is even any news of it. But press loves a great story to stir up hate and anger. Because it gets eyes on them. And that's where ad revenue comes in. Also we're bored. We're so bored we don't even realize our collective privilege. Everyone trying to come up with the next catchphrase such as calling White women who snitch on Blacks as "Karens." Pretty snazzy.

To me, canceling Nick only gives him large platform. None of which makes any sense, other than we are bored. People have become rabid with politics. This girl I'm presently seeing has that same focus. I have to remind her none of this is real. That we are all trying to survive and that her Leftist views just fan the flames of anger, resentment and doesn't solve the problem. Had she a resolution or any theories on how to course correct, then it has merit. As it is, it's just so many people throwing accusations at one another.
Nick shouldn't be cancelled but people should see who he really is. And obviously, people who subscribe to his message probably should be monitored as they do White Supremacist.

Black Lies And The Lousy Press

For the most part, we should have no beef with the Black community. To be honest, like all communities, they are good hard working people who just want to make it home at the end of the day. In New York City though, idiot leadership Bill DeBlasio seems to like to pander to the militants of Black Lives Matter by painting graffiti on the streets in front of Trump Tower. As if to out-crazy crazy. What an idiot. His city is being shot up and this is what he's focused on.

The only people who truly care about this movement are woke Leftist young Whites. Listless directionless youth, and a splash of advanced degree Black people. They're are a LOT of Whites in this storm trooping coup soldiers hiding to overtake the government.

DeBlasio, meanwhile hasn't addressed nor has he done anything to curtail the massive tic in gun violence and deaths. He has no answers, so he doesn't answer. I wish the community would do something to force him into action. But for some reason, they're allowing him to do nothing. And more BLACK lives didn't matter. He's a disgusting one. Hiding behind having married a Black woman. He is the most racist of all. Allowing other Black parents to have to deal with their deaths while he panders for votes. Garbage human being that deserves Hell.

Any way, the majority of Black America doesn't seem to care about BLM. Or they just need a reason to get out. It's a discussion shitstorm which doesn't solve anything. Neither do the Marxist who started this movement.
The thing about Marxism is that it depends on the people in power to do the right thing. And so far, the only ones who want it are the biggest retards. DeBlasio, Alexandria Cortex whatever, the filthy Muslims in Minnesota. You know why?
Democrats are about subjugating you and punishing you for wrongs they've endured. In the case of AOC, she was probably a wilted bartender who got spat and shat on verbally and now wants REVENGE! The Marxist in this country want to prove capitalism doesn't work by burning it down. We had it so good, they can't have that. I put a bit of the blame on the corporations as well. Looting and rioting are bad, but if the cause was to draw attention to the disgusting practices of greedy C.E.O's who bail themselves out before the community, then that would get more traction. Instead, they look like monkeys at the zoo. And there is no true leadership.

Democrats need to take control of their fucking city. Gavin Newsome/Eric Garcetti here in Los Angeles are fucking mouth breathing retards. Allowing riots and protest to continue while shutting down churches. That's disgusting. Fuck you Newsome, you fucking dumb fuck. I hope you get botchulism through your shitty winery. And Garcetti is no better. Little is said about the murder spikes in Los Angeles. They are definitely hiding that over the Corona Virus.

Folks, there is going to be a time when the public relations don't matter anymore where the uprising will come in self defense. At this point these rioters and looters have the media to back them. And law enforcement don't want to be involved because of poor media coverage. But when enough people can't stand it anymore, they will take law into their own hands. I suspect, the cops are wanting that to be the case so they stop being painted as evil. It will be a free for all since phony media can paint it whatever color they want. Then they'll go after the press. And if that burns down...perhaps we'll finally have peace.

Kelly Preston R.I.P.

I always thought Kelly Preston could've had a bigger career in Hollywood if she'd stuck around to make more flicks. I've also always wondered if sexual predators of the town didn't throw her into the arms of John Travolta. Truth be told? I think she was his beard.

A lot has come out about Travolta lately, about his tug jobs in male massage parlors. Except this is about Kelly. I honestly believe something awful may have happened early on. But she got the best of those assholes when she hooked up with the Barbarino. Personally, I think it was a brilliant move on both their parts. Travolta gets a stunningly hot wife, Kelly keeps the degenerate producers off her.

I remember her in her first movie called "Mischief." She played a Marilyn Monroe type named Marilyn who hooks up with a young boy about to lose his virginity in small town Ohio during the 1950's. Boy, I wore that VHS tape down. She had the best rack I had ever seen. And if you've seen that scene, you know what I mean. She is smoking hot. And, the innocence and sweetness of being the "experienced" woman sent my young self into heart palps. She was sexy...I mean oozed sex. But also very approachable. Didn't have a resting bitch face, but a ravenous wholesome sexiness.

For years, I'd follow her career. Seemed a great distraction from Ohio. And she didn't do many movies after. And definitely disappeared after marrying Travolta.
I think at that point, acting became a hobby. Taking odd roles in random chick flicks. And doing, what amounted to a cameo, in "Jerry Maguire."

She seemed to be a very strong person by keeping her illness (breast cancer) a secret. The same thing that got her roles in Hollywood, ultimately consumed her.
It's awful and I hope you women out there get yourself checked and not wait for Xenu (I couldn't get out of this without taking a swipe at Scientology).
