Rent In Hollywood

A few of you are probably wondering how much a 1 bedroom 1 bath less than 1000 square foot apartment is in Hollywood.
A new complex has been built in a shit neighborhood. Condos where I work costs $1.3 million. I'm not fucking joking. And there's no grassy yard. In Ohio, you'd get a nice sized mansion.
The same place where transgenders/vestites congregate and some take piles of shit on your sidewalk are where people are paying this much to live. On the other side are the apartments that are newly built, these go for $2,615 for a one bedroom.
Are you fucking kidding me?
Now, I get it...this is 2019, in 2030 this amount of money will seem like nothing. But we're in 2010 and wages have been stagnant since Jimmy Carter was the President of the United States.
So who could afford to live here?
Answer: Foreigners.
Foreign money is being the prime cause for rentals being so high. There's a lot of rich parents who want to ship their shitty kids somewhere and are willing to pay as much as they can to get rid of them. And once here, they will run out of money and then they're stuck. And become homeless. You see how the system works.
But our idiot Mayor Garcetti (at the time of writing) is too retarded to understand the concept. People are shipping their homeless to Los Angeles. Because this moron can't speak up and tell them to fuck off. Because it would show the state he was wrong. As is Gavin Newsome, the governor. San Francisco is total garbage town now. The rich build bigger walls (funny huh) to thwart this. Guess what, the gay community have gotten sick of it and more and more are jumping ship from the retarded Left and have become much more in favor of the Right. Do both of these guys care? Doubt it. They're too busy pretending like they are helping. Instead, it pandering to the illegal aliens here and the inner city (as anyone who aren't them, they know the majority are the indigent. Guess what fuck tards, the minute we all get fed up, we will dump the homeless in your front yards. Then what? Yes folks, the dam will break, and the end of these assholes who run California is not going to end well for them (think Mussolini, guy lived in an ivory tower whilst making his people suffer). California seems to be getting really tired of being sick and tired.

And if you come to Los Angeles, you don't have to live in Hollywood. But these numbers inflate the outer rentals as well. I know many people who are preparing to leave this cesspool. Guess what, they are Lefties.
